Provision of Hajj Essentials: To ensure your comfort and convenience during the pilgrimage, we supply essential items such as travel bags, backpacks, Ihram/Abaya (garments worn during Hajj), shoe bags, belts, pouches, prayer mats, and stone bags. These items are carefully selected to meet the specific needs of Hajj pilgrims and enhance your overall experience.

During Hajj Arrangements:

Accommodation: Your comfort and rest are paramount during the pilgrimage. We arrange accommodation for you in Makkah, Madina, and at the designated campsite (Maktab) in Mina. These accommodations are selected for their proximity to religious sites and amenities that cater to the needs of pilgrims.

Transportation Services: Navigating the crowded streets of Makkah and traveling between sacred sites can be challenging during Hajj. To alleviate this, we provide reliable and comfortable transportation services. This includes bus transport from Azizia to Haram and from Jeddah-Makkah-Madina-Airport on assigned seats. Additionally, special transport is arranged for traveling between Mina, Arafat, Mudallifah, and back to Mina.

Meal Services: Proper nutrition is essential for maintaining your strength and energy throughout the pilgrimage. We offer meal services tailored to your needs and preferences. Enjoy Half Board meals in Makkah at the Movenpick Hajar and Full Board meals in Azizia, with options for Half Board in Madina and Full Board in Mina. Additionally, you'll have access to 24-hour hot and cold drinks to stay hydrated and refreshed.

Professional Guidance: Throughout your journey, you'll be accompanied by experienced and knowledgeable guides who are well-versed in Hajj rituals and procedures.

Last Moment Necessary Check List:

1. Marker for Bag Names: Ensure you have markers to label your bags.
2. Paper Tape for Wrapping: Have paper tape handy for securing items.
3. Scissor / Cutter: Pack scissors or a cutter for any last-minute adjustments.
4. Luggage Scale: Bring a luggage scale to avoid overweight baggage fees.
5. First Aid Medicine: Include painkillers, anti-allergic, and antibiotics in your first aid kit.
6. Extra Backup Mobile Phone and Power Bank: Have a spare mobile phone and a power bank for emergencies.
7. Luggage Wrapping Sheet: Carry a sheet for wrapping your luggage.
8. Toiletries: Pack tissue, soap, and shampoo. If performing Umrah, ensure the shampoo is non-perfumed. (* IF WEARING IHRAM PERFUMED SOAP AND SHAMPOO IS NOT ALLOWED. TAKE A NON-PERFUMED ONE ALSO

Check list for Airport:

1. Original Passport: Ensure you have your original passport with you.
2. Visa Copy: Carry a copy of your visa (any color)
3. Flight Tickets: Don't forget your flight tickets.
4. Polio Vaccination Card: Bring your polio vaccination card or a copy.
5. Travel Voucher: Have a travel voucher with the name of your hotel/building.
6. Note: Keep a duplicate set in your carry bag and mobile (PDF copies).

Please don't leave your bags un-attended. I.E.

4. No one will take responsibility of the lost luggage. (including Saudi Company/staff)
