No one said this journey would be easy, no matter how much money you spent on ease. Location in all parts of Hajj. Whether it was Makkah, Mina, Arafat, Jamarat, or Madina, the group had very good locations. The Clock Tower was as close to Haram as we could get. The Mina Tents were very close to Jamarat, Azizia Hotel was very close to Escalators/Bus Station, and Madina provided the best view for us of Haramain. I want to give credit where it’s due. Staff was very courteous and available as much as they could be. Ali, Rehan, Arshad and Mushtaq saab were there with us the entire time and never disappeared because they did not want to deal with the issues of questions. Yes, some times, the answers they provided were not what we were looking for, but nonetheless they did not leave us to our own. I want to thank everyone for remaining as patient as they could with all of us. There are few items the Chattha group can improve upon but they are minor and I spoke to some staff about it already. Personally, I am happy with how everything went and Thank Chattha Group for helping all of us through our journey. I will also not discourage anyone from using their agency to perform Hajj because they are good at what they do, and all shortcomings I mentioned above can easily be fixed and make them a great Hajj group.

Thanks to the team for all the arrangements guidance and efforts to make our trip worthwhile. I must say that you and the team were very patient courteous and helpful from the start to the end. No one from the management team raised their voices despite our complaints, anger or repeated questions. The Qurbani was managed in an excellent manner. The catering service at Azizia was also very good. I must say that it is expected to have some challenges during this journey due to the sheer volume of people gathering in a small space. All is well that ends well. JazakAllah

This was my first Hajj so I did not have any previous experience for comparison. I will I give some credit to the management specially Ali bhai since it is difficult business in keeping people happy in very difficult circumstances, in very hot weather and it is very easy to get angry but I compliment the management for listening and trying to accommodate our request and he had listen to lot of things from our side but he was patient, I did compliment him in person as well.

Hajj operation has been concluded successfully and there were no issues / problems. Overall performance during the entire period of Hajj remained Satisfactory. HGO provided desired facilities to Pak Army Hujjaj and conducted the event in an acceptable manner.
